We love new music, Artists, Groups, Genres and DJs.
Every year we are inundated with new talent. This is what we want to showcase; to provide a platform and to connect Gardeners and Artists though a shared experience. We wish we could accommodate you all, but there simply isn't space.
We have had many many applications this year and we are working our way through them - but applications are now closed. Thanks so much to all that shared their music with us x
We have now opened our volunteer applications for SGP - Roots 2024.
If you would like to get involved in our exciting volunteering opportunities this year please apply here
Yes, if you have a camper van pass.
We have small-medium campervan passes (pitch size up to 6 x 6m) or large campervan passes (6 x 9m pitch).
Please book the right sized pitch so we can fit everyone in.
Campervan passes will be available to buy via our website.
Be warned that these usually sell out quickly.
Yes, you can.
Caravan passes are available to buy via our website.
Be careful though as these sell out quickly..
Please note that we cannot accommodate vehicles larger than 6 x 9m as we don’t have space.
Campervan and Caravan tickets are non-refundable, so if you turn up at the festival in a massive vehicle (well a vehicle bigger than 6 x 9m), we will have to send you to park well away from site.
We won’t be liable to refund your festival ticket, or your campervan pass, and you will need to commute (Dave’s Taxis likely)
It’s really boring and not what you want so make sure you book the right sized pass.
It’s a field.
We do not have electric hook ups or waste-water disposal on site, so charge up those batteries, make sure your tanks are emptied and break out the solar. Living off the grid!
There will, however, be a limited number of electric hook ups at our family event - The Wild Meadows, available via our website. Electric hook up is only valid with a valid campervan ticket.
Absolutely not.
Only vehicles will be allowed access to the live-in vehicles campsite.
Having your tent driven over on Monday morning while you are lying in it sweating with a hangover is really boring for us, and even more boring for you. Who needs that on a Monday morning?
ACCESSIBLE CAMPING IS NOW FULL
We are still able accept applications for PA tickets for those with a PIP or DLA for camping in live-in vehicles or General camping.
Wheelchair accessibility
Due to its green field nature, the ground is predominantly grass with the exception of a few hardstanding roads that connect various areas of the space.
While there will be some sheltered areas, it is predominantly an open-air camping event. Ground conditions are therefore weather dependent, (if we experience extreme weather the ground is quite likely to become muddy).
Whilst the SGP crew will always do what they can to ensure the ground is as accessible as possible, unfortunately, mobility across the site may become compromised.
We openly welcome all our deaf, disabled and neurodivergent party-goers and want to make your weekend as enjoyable as we can. We have a number of accessible facilities around the site that are bookable to pre-registered customers. We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all.
For those in receipt of DLA or PIP we provide the following facilities to ensure that parties can be enjoyed by all:
Please note we can only offer these facilities to those providing valid evidence of entitlement to DLA or PIP, please send your documentation to info@secretgardenparty.com
We run a complimentary personal assistant ticketing scheme for our customers who wouldn’t be able to attend the festival without the aid of another person.
You need to be in receipt of PIP/DLA or equivalent to qualify.
Please contact info@secretgardenparty.com
We will first check your eligibility against our strict criteria, and on receipt of supporting documentation and details of your account on Easol we will send you an invitation to your complimentary PA ticket, please access your Easol account to allocate the ticket to your PA.
Please get in touch if you have any more questions using the chat widget at the bottom of this page.
We are committed to ensuring that The Secret Garden Party is a fun and safe environment for all. As well as our general ethos and inclusive approach, we collaborate with many partners to ensure that there is somewhere to access help for anyone that needs it, whatever it may be.
Whether this is mental health, harm reduction or any other advice, we have it covered.
If you have signed up to Gardeners' Club then
THANK YOU!
You are a massively valued member of our community and we will be asking you to help us to shape our parties.

If you have a medical condition, please speak to your GP before using any of the Spa facilities to
make sure it is safe to do so.
60 minute sessions are inclusive of the entire period spent in the Spa area, including showers and
changing time. Your first 60 minutes will be spent in the Hot Tubs and then you have an additional
30 minutes to use the sauna and changing facilities.
Please arrive at the Spa reception 15 minutes before your spa session starts so that all members of
your group have time to read & sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Use and have a
compulsory pre-spa shower.
Spaces will only be held for 20 minutes after your booked time, at this point tickets will be released
for resale and no refunds will be given.
The Hot Tubs hold a strict maximum of six people only. If your party is larger than this, regardless of
whether you all plan on being in the hot tub at the same time or not, you will need to book
additional individual spaces in a different tub or extra tubs to accommodate the full party size.
If you are booking single tickets in the communal tubs, there is no guarantee you will be in the
same tub as your friends, especially during peak times - if you would like to ensure your whole
group stays together we suggest booking a whole tub.
No children under 5 are allowed in the Hot Tubs. Children must be tall enough to sit on the seats in
the Hot Tub with their head remaining above the water line.
No children under 12 are allowed in the Sauna.
All under 16’s must be supervised while in the spa area by an adult (of over 21 years).
Whilst in the Hot Tubs or Cold Plunge do not submerge your head or swallow the water.
All Spa users MUST take a hot soapy shower before using any of the spa equipment (Hot tubs,
Sauna, Cold plunge) taking particular care to wash off any heavy make-up, body lotions and oils,
tanning product, body glitter etc. (shower gel is provided).
We reserve the right to refuse your entry to the Spa if you are under the influence of alcohol or
drugs. No refunds will be given.
The use of drugs is prohibited at this event. Spa users under the influence of any substance
(alcohol or otherwise) are asked not to use the Spa facilities and if found to be under such
influence may be asked to leave. In these instances, no ticket refund will be given.
Strictly no underwear or daywear is allowed in the Hot tubs, Sauna & Cold plunge.
Swimwear/Bathing suits only please. Swimwear will be available to buy from the spa reception area
subject to availability.
Please use your towel to sit on in the sauna.
Stay hydrated. It’s important to stay hydrated while you’re using the Spa and Sauna. We
recommend bringing a water bottle which you can refill at the spa water refill stations.
Take regular breaks when using the Hot tubs & Sauna. We strongly advise a maximum bathing
period of 15 minutes before taking a cool down break. Please listen to your body and get out straight
away if you experience: nausea, dizziness, faintness, rapid pulse, irregular heartbeat, stomach pains
or tingling in hands or feet.
Please do not bring any valuables with you into the spa. Personal items are left at your own risk
and we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss of property. Please bring minimal
belongings with you - as we are a pop-up Spa, storage space is limited.
As well as your swimwear and towel, please bring with you a pair of outdoor slip-on shoes (e.g.,
flip-flops or sliders). This is to keep your feet clean whilst walking around the Spa therefore keeping
our Hot Tubs & Sauna clean.
Please ensure you are using the foot baths provided before entering the Hot Tubs and Sauna.
Please move around the site slowly and with caution - due to the nature of the area, there may be
wet and uneven surfaces. Running, jumping, & climbing is not permitted anywhere in the Spa area.
Do not sit on the top rim/edges of the Hot Tub, if you are feeling too warm, please exit the Hot Tub
and take a break on one of the deck chairs provided.
Only members of Spa staff are permitted to check on and top up the fires for the Hot Tubs and
Sauna. Please stay well away from the wood burning stoves at all times.
No outside alcohol is permitted in the Spa. You can make use of our Spa Bar and have drinks served
to your Hot Tub.
No glass is allowed in the Spa area.
No food is allowed in the Hot tubs or Sauna.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you are granting permission for The Wandering Wild Spa
and our afilliates to capture photos and videos for commercial purposes within the Spa area. This
implies that you and your group may be photographed or filmed, and these visuals may be utilised
online to promote our services.
The Wandering Wild Spa accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused by misuse of the Spa

Kids are welcome at The Wild Meadow. Please ensure that they have an age-appropriate ticket.
All other events are a party for grown-ups only. This means no under 18s at all. Mistress Mary is 25+.

Please ensure that you clear up after your dog, they are not left alone and they are kept on a lead at all times.
