Raquel is a passionate, nurturing and empowering cancer, yogi, tarot and reiki healer. 
 Her focus is to get practioners onto the mat and into your bodies to foster self connection, understanding and soothe our nervous system. She is passionate about guiding creative, fun yet challenging practices, where one will breathe, feel, hear and trust oneself to break down our samskaras day by day. She incorporates mantras, mudras and alignment for accessibility to all levels. She sends you rays of Sunshine!
