Beckie started practicing yoga in 2010 and it quite literally changed her life. She travelled to India to deepen her practice many times and later qualified as a teacher. Since she has been teaching she have developed a style of mindful movement and meditation which incorporates yoga practices and practices from other energy traditions, particularly drawing on her training as a reiki master. Beckie's ethos is to invite everyone to join in, in a way that feels good for their body. Beckie's sessions focus on inviting participants to reconnect with their bodies and move them with curiosity and love.
