This year we have gone paperless and e-tickets will be issued one month before the show.
Please note that ALL tickets and deposits are non-refundable but you can change the names on tickets no later than 1 week before the event.
This year tickets will be named (ID will need to be provided on the gate)
All tickets must be individually named. If your plans change and you want to make alterations to the names of ticket holders in your group, please log in to your account, click on 'etickets and barcodes', then, 'edit ticketholder details'.
This year we have several payment instalment plan options available. We have a 3 part, 4 part and 5 part plan for you to space out your payments over the year. Please see our ticket site for more details.
Secure family camping is available onsite. A family camping pass will cost you £30 (at least one child 16 or under within the group) Please see our ticket site for further details.
LIVE IN VEHICLES
Live in vehicle tickets are limited and are available for £60 plus booking fee. Please see here for more information.
Building on the success of 2016, where we saw the cleanest garden for many years, we are continuing with our coordinated eco drive. To encourage participation and to do our own little bit for our wonderful planet, we charge everyone (excluding under 12's) a litter bond. On arrival you will be given a special EcoBond Wristband along with two recycling bags. You can redeem this £10 charge by presenting the two recycling bags you are issued on arrival, along with your EcoBond Wristband at any of our campsite Bond Exchange points.
To further our green incentivising, this year we will be charging for car parking. Audience travel is the largest emitter of CO2 for any festival, so for us to reduce the party’s overall environmental impact, we’d love you all to come on public transport. If you must come in a car, you will need to purchase parking pass, at the cost of £20.
The Secret Garden Party is, by nature, an inclusive event and we are dedicated to making it as accessible as possible. The Garden is set in beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. The site itself is undulating farmland with mainly grassy gentle slopes (and a couple not so gentle slopes!) There are a few temporary and gravel track ways but be aware that in bad weather some areas will be difficult to traverse.
Please take this into consideration and be prepared to bring all the equipment you will need to get around. Check out our Gallery to get a picture of the site
A designated Blue Badge Parking area will be provided. Space is limited so please contact us to register for a parking place.
A camping area will be provided for tents, camper vans and caravans. Please be aware that you will need to purchase a camper van ticket if you are bringing either of these on site. Please email us to register for a space
There will be secure wide access toilets and showers.
Points for charging wheelchair batteries will be available (please bring the appropriate equipment)
If you need to bring medication please make sure it is clearly labelled with your name, contact details and be in its original packaging.
If you need to refrigerate your medication please email us to arrange this.
A portable hearing loop will be sited at the information tent and box office.
A signer will be on site for emergency situations.
There will be a viewing platform at the Main Stage.
A free PA/carer ticket will be available for anyone in receipt of high rate mobility or middle/high rate care component of DLA (or its PIP equivalent).
