Tickets & FAQs
FAQs
When can I arrive on site? What hours are the gates open?
The gates open for the first time at 12pm Thursday. They will remain open for the following hours:
Thursday 24 July: 12pm-2am
Friday-Sunday 10am - 2am
Strictly no entry outside of these times...and that includes guest list!
Can I buy a day ticket?
No. Only weekend tickets are available, as we believe, at the SGP, that you get involved for the duration. We are also a small festival so dont have the resources to cover day tickets.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. But responsibility for you dog is your own. Remember there are small children on site; any fouling of the site by any dog and all dogs will be ejected and you will be made to pay a fine.
I’m under 18; can I buy a ticket?
Yes, but certain conditions apply. If you are aged 13-17 you will only be granted admission to the festival if you are accompanied by a guardian who is 21+. You will require a special Young Adult ticket that can only be purchased at the same time as an adult ticket. Photo ID will be requested at the tickets gates from anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age.
Children will be allowed free entry if aged 12 or under and accompanied by a ticketed (+21) or parent. A donation for entry of minors is appreciated. (Photo ID must be shown).
If I have a disability is this event suitable for me?
Yes! We’re an all-inclusive event; for further information please email us.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
No. Although these may seem unreasonable, we need the bar money to enable the festival to break even.
Can I Bar-B-Q?
Unfortunately, no; due to the protected nature of the meadow land on which the SGP is held. There will be beautiful fire circles so please toast marshmallows at your leisure.
Will food and drink be reasonable priced then?
Yes! Whilst we have only limited control over food prices, there will be a huge range on offer. Bar prices will be listed here under news closer to the time.
